When subscribing to any of our specialised services using a DNS (Domain Name), a minimum charge of 2 years applies to the hosting of all domains. This is charged on an annual basis. Should it be required that a domain is transferred to another ISP then Zetnet Services reserve the right not to release any domain for which there are outstanding charges until such charges are paid in full.

Please note that giving false information in a request may cause you to lose the domain at a future date. No refunds will be given if this happens.

This should be the domain requested only. Requests of "www.abc.co.uk" for example are wrong and will be rejected. Valid tld's include .com, .org, .net, .co.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk, .org.uk.

Name of organization or trading name that this domain will represent. This is what the domain will represent. The domain name request must bear some relation to this organization name. Proof will be required that this organization has some right to this name. eg. headed paper or cancelled cheque bearing the name.

4a.	Trading status:	Sole trader/partnership. Charity. Limited Company.
For Limited Companies, PLCs and Registered Charities. Requests will be rejected if a charity, Ltd or PLC does not provide a registration number. Scottish companies should put SC in front of the registration number.

Virtual WWW Server. This is your own WWW server, with FTP access, usually "www.yourdomain.co.uk". The quota size is the filespace you require. Minimum 5Mb.

e-mail requirements. A guide to the e-mail protocols available with Zetnet. Zimacs if you want to use the domain with a ZIMACS account. POP3 server: we will set up your own individual POP3 server for the use of "yourdomain.co.uk" mailboxes. SMTP delivery: We will setup your own SMTP delivery system, all mail for "yourdomain.co.uk" will be sent to your server for processing. You cannot use SMTP with Zimacs and/or POP3. Forwarding elsewhere: we will forward all your domain's mail to a single mailbox or to a permanently connected machine of your choosing. It is not possible to combine ZIMACS and/or POP3 with mail forwarding, but it is possible to combine ZIMACS and POP3.
